Ladies and Gentleman,

That frightfully sprightly chap, Joshua Jones will be doing a sponsored run for Sport Relief on the 21^st March and he needs YOUR HELP! (Yes, YOURS). He’s taking part in the event organised by Sainsbury’s.

Ofcourse, this being Joshua, he’s going to do the run in fancy dress.

So how do I help Mistah Josh?

Josh is hoping to raise £1,000 for Sport Relief. You can help Joshua in 3 fantastic ways:

1) Sponsor Josh.    He’s hoping to run between 3 to 6 miles depending on weather conditions, the difficulty of the course and the silliness of his outfit.  

2) Suggest a silly outfut for him to wear.   (Extra marks for really silly ideas).

3) Come to the event. Whether you are just cheering him on or taking part, Josh would really appreciate your company. The event starts at 10am or 10.30. It’s £5 to join  in.

Where does the money go?

Your sponsorship goes a long way.

In Kenya, £2 feeds a child orphaned by aids for an entire day.

In Africa, £5 pays for a mosquito net to protect a mother and baby from malaria whilst they sleep.
